We’re delighted to announce that our largest and most colourful Select Trail brochure to date is now available. Called Making Places, it puts Stroud and the Stroud Valleys firmly on the map of cutting edge contemporary art, craft and design in Great Britain today.
Look out for copies stocked across the UK.
Building upon the success of past trails, the brochure highlights the best of all our artists’ work with over 100 full-colour images and curator’s descriptions.
There are photos of the artists in their studios and close-ups of their skilled hands at work with information on how to contact them directly and locate their trail studios and exhibitions. We hope you enjoy browsing, making your selections and planning your visits.

The front cover features She Sends the Wrong Vibe, a vibrant and original mechanical embroidered piece by one of our international guest artists, Pei-Chi Lee, who works between Taiwan and the UK and exhibits her latest work in My Nature, an exciting new group show exclusive to the trail and designed to stimulate international conversations. It is curated by Emma Neuberg and takes place in Gallery 2 at Museum in the Park on May 5 – 6th from 11am – 5pm.
